The floor scrubber is of necessity for any supermarket or where the public frequent regularly. This is more an industrial equipment than a domestic one. This machine makes big task  seem very easy. It is facile to operate as well. Any one can use a floor scrubber.

 
No struggling need
The floor scrubber comes in different sizes. RSS feeds for floors gives a variety of choice on scrubbers. A big supermarket should have a floor scrubber with a big water tank. A floor scrubber  of this size will avoid the operator having to fetch water and empty the dirty used water too often. Once the floor scrubber is set up the operator can cover a large surface with excellent productive time. The joy of using the floor scrubber is that it does everything for the operator. He or she just has to push the floor scrubber and that is it. The floor scrubber will spray the water on the floor, scrub the floor and then suck the dirty water. This is an efficient floor care machine. Some of the floor scrubber are supplied with a brush. Different floor pads are available for the scrubbing. Red pads, blue pads, and black pads can be used with the floor scrubber.


The features
The floor scrubber is easy to operate. There should two to three operating buttons. One button to suck the dirty water. This is the minimum amount of button for any floor scrubber dryer. In order to spin the disc for the scrubbing, some machines have a push button some others have a lever similar to those on buffing machines. A slight lifting of the lever starts the scrubbing. The new machine have a foot pedal to lift the pad holder. Place the desired pad underneath the pad holder of the floor scrubber dryer. Use the foot lever  to bring down the pad holder down. In the water tank, pour water and add detergent according to manufacturing instructions. Adjust the level of flow of the water discharge of the floor scrubber.



The Ever Decreasing Circle Walk
The floor scrubber should be used with health and safety in mind. Warning signs have to be placed at visible sites. The area to be scrubbed has to be ventilated. The surface has to be swept properly. Using the floor scrubber on non swept floor will cause the dirt to build up at the orifice entry of the vacuum hose of the floor scrubber and partially block it. This will cause the floor scrubber to scrub the floor but will not dry it as it should. Operate the machine by pressing the button for the vacuum or to be more precise water suction vacuum and press the button for the pad holder to spin. On some floor scrubber a lever rotates the pad holder instead of a push button. The next step is to push the machine forward. The machine should move easily. The floor scrubber is not easy to move from side  to side . The operator has to move in a straight line as far as he or she can and turn around by making sure that a small area of the rotating pad of the machine over lapses with what you have already scrubbed. This process should be carried on up to the end of the task. Another method is applied on large empty hall. The first step is to scrub the floor surface close to the wall . You have scrubbed a perimeter. Move inside the perimeter you have just scrubbed and start another perimeter by overlapping with the previous one.This is the shape of an ever decreasing circle walk with the floor scrubber.
